【Lunar Year of 2024 “Wei Ya 尾牙” • Worship of Tu Di Gong】16th Day of the Lunar 12th Month
Devotees came to Punggol Tu Di Gong Temple on the day of “尾牙” to offer their gratitude and thank the deities for their blessings. The Temple’s Taoist priest prays and chants blessings for prosperity, wealth, family harmony, and career success.
On the Lunar Year of 2025, 2nd day of Lunar 2nd month (01st March 2025)，also known as “Tou Ya 头牙” day and Tu Di Gong Birthday. It was believed that by worshiping Tu Di Gong and receiving Red Packets from his Treasury on this day, one would receive blessings for best of Wealth, Healthiness and Prosperity in the coming new year.
