On 8 June 2025, the Punggol Tu Di Gong Temple, which has been preparing for many years, will be celebrating the Grand Opening Ceremony of the new temple and the Punggol North Carnival to celebrates Singapore’s 60th Year of Independence. For this purpose, the temple has specially prepared the Three-Day Ceremony [AnLong Xie Tu] and specially invited the Zhonghe Weiyuan Temple, Zhonghe, Taiwan, to preside over the ceremony. The ritual group will also present a [Rice Dragon] made of 300 kilograms of rice to the Singapore devotees.
The temple also offers Tu Di Gong Fortune Ingot for devotees to receive. At the same time, as a gesture of appreciation to the community and to promote a harmonious and friendly society, the temple also set up a Children’s Playground, Authentic Food Stalls, and LEX(S) Getai Show on the day of the opening ceremony. The community members who are invited to participate can enjoy these activities for free.
